1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received them.

    • In the original packaging.

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products or downloads.

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Sale or clearance items.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at pd@raspmoon.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
